Published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the V~llage of Mount Prospect, Illinois, the 4th day of May , 1988. RDINANCE NO. 3935 AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 16 ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT CODE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT WHEREAS, Ray Naegle has requested a modification of the Development Code pertaining to requirements of certain public improvements; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, IllinOis, has reviewed the proposed modifications to Chapter 16, Development Code, of the Village Code of Mount,Prospect for property commonly known as Lot Twenty-four (24) in Alten's Euclid Ave. Subdivision of that part of the South 133.5 feet of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 25, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook Coun%y, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has forwarded its recommendations relative to modifications to Chapter 16, Development Code, to the President and Board of Trustees, which recommendations have been considered at a regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect w~ll be attained by the adoption of the recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That mod~flcations from Chapter 16 entitled "Development Code" of the Village Code of Mount Prospect are hereby granted for the ~property being the sub3ect of th~s Ordinance. A. That Section 16.403.B.2 requiring 24 foot (24') two-way driveways is hereby modified to permit an existing 18 foot (18') wide two-way driveway. B. That Section 16.403.B.l.c requiring concrete curbs on all parking 1, or perimeters is hereby modified to permit bumper stops for the seven (7) parking stalls on the north side of the lot. SECTION TWO: That the modifications granted herein are subject to construction in conformance with the Proposed Parking Addition dated 3/31/88 as shown on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof SECTION THREE: Except for the changes of the Village of Mount Prospect shall in their entirety. stated herein all other codes apply to the Sub3ect Property SECTION FOUR: from and after as provided by AYES: A~thu~, That th~s Ordinance shall be 1D full force and effect its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form law.
