ORDINANCE NO. 3945
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same ~s hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "S" liquor licenses by one (1) (Bo 3ames
Restaurant, 999 Elmhurst Road), so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.
107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (4) Class A Licenses
One (I) Class B License
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One {1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Twelve (12) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
F~ve (5) Class W Licenses
One (1) Class Z L:cense
SECTION TWO:
after its passage,
by law.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
approval and publication m pamphlet form in the
effect from and
manner provided
