This ordinance amends Chapter 11, by deleting Section 11.1136 "Senior Citizen/
Handicapped Subsidized Taxicab Rate Program" in its entirety; effective date
concurrent with 2011 municipal budget.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND O'HARE
NOISE COMPATABILITY COMMISSION (ONCC)
H. * A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT TO THE MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit J)
PUBLIC LIBRARY UNDER THE TERMS OF A GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT.
This resolution authorizes the 2011 annual lease payment of $1.00 to the Mount
Prospect Public Library for property used for the Municipal Parking Garage.
* A RESOLUTION FOR MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS BY (Exhibit K)
MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE (BLR 14230).
This resolution appropriates money ($86,870) from Motor Fuel Tax funds
(MFT) for the maintenance of streets and highways from January 1, 2011 —
December 31, 2011.
XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to accept proposal for the 2011 Property and Workers
Compensation Insurance program in an amount not to exceed $147,677.00
B. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for three (3) year municipal building
cleaning contract in an amount not to exceed $101,640.00

tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case
the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
