AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 13
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT~ COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.106 entitled, "Licenses and Permits" of Chapter 13
of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding Subsection C~ so that said Subsection C of
Section 13.106 shall be and read as follows:
C. The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may grant a dady special-
event permit to the Mount Prospect Library Board of Trustees
authorizing the sale or delivery of alcohohc beverages for consumption
on the premises of the Mount Prospect Public Library, Ten South
Emerson Street, "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage~ approval and publication in pamphlet form in the
manner provided by law.
