AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE IX ENTITLED
"CONTRACTORS" OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT~ ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOISi
SECTION
Prospect,
follows:
ONE: That Section 11.90# of Chapter 11 of the Village Code o! Mount
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to read as
"Section 11.90~+. Revocation of License. A contractor's license may be
revoked by the Village Manager, or an application for issuance or
renewal of such license may be refused by the Village Clerk In the
manner provided for such proceedings in Chapter 10 of this Code.
A contractor whose lmcense has been revoked or refused may~ at the
discretion of the Village Manager be authorized to complete existing
projects prov:ded that permits have been issued and construction has
already started at the time of revocation or refusal."
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publ,caUon in pamphlet form in the manner provided
by law.
