RESOLUTION NO 55-01
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 411 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Pebboner, the Village of Mount Prospect, has, has requested approval of a Plat of
Dedication for property located at 411 Business Center Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Dedication ~s necessary for the realignment of 2,735 square feet of property
at the ~ntersecbon of Harvest Lane and Bus~ness Center Drive to ~mprove traffic flow, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
SECTION ONE That the dedication for the realignment of property ~s hereby granted for the
property at 411 Bus~ness Center Dnve, and the Plat of Ded~cabon attached to th~s Resolubon as
Exhibit "A" ~s hereby approved for appropriate execubon and recording Such Plat and ~ts legal
descnpbon, attached to th~s Resolubon as Exhibit "B," are ~ncorporated into and made a part of this
Resolubon
SECTION TWO Th~s Resolubon shall be ~n full force and effect from and after ~ts passage and
approval ~n the manner pro,~ded by law
