RDINANCE NO. 4094
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF SEWER GROUTING EQUIPMENT OWNED BY
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, zn the opinion of at least three-fourths of the corpo-
rate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, it is no
longer necessary or useful to or for the best interests of the
Village of Mount prospect to retain ownership of the personal
property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the President and the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect to sell said person-
al property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant ~o Section 11-76-4 of the Illinois
Municipal Code, Illinois Revised Statutes, C24, Section 11-76-4,
the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect find that the personal property described on the at-
tached form now owned by the Village of Mount Prospect, is no
longer necessary or useful to the Village of Mount Prospect, and
the best znterests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
served by its sale.
SECTION TWO: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to sell the aforementioned personal property now owned
by the Village of Mount Prospect to Visu-sewer Clean and Seal
Inc., M~nneapolis, Minn. for $3500.00.
SECTION THREE:: Upon payment of the full sale price, the
Vzllage Manager is hereby authorized and directed to convey and
transfer title to the aforesaid personal property.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage, by a vote of at least three-
fourths of the corporate authorities, and approved in the manner
provided by law.
