ORDINANCE NO. 4092
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4083
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities adopted Ordinance No. 4083 on
August 15, 1989, which Ordinance No. 4083 authorized the sale of
specified personal property owned by the Village of Mount Prospect
to be sold through an auction to be conducted by the Northwest
Municipal Conference on September 16, 1989; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Village of Mount Prospect
will host an auction to be conducted by the Northwest Municipal
Conference at the Mount Prospect Herbert L. Weeks Public Works
Facility, 1700 West Central Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois on
Saturday, October 14, 1989; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interests of the
Village of Mount Prospect would be served by offering the personal
property for sale at the auction to be held in Mount Prospect on
October 14, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 4083 adopted August 15, 1989 is
hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet
form in the manner provided by law.
