ORDINANCE NO. 4 o 8 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF CHAPTER 13
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE. That Section 13.106.A(1) of Chapter 13 be deleted in its entirety and
a new Section 13.106.A(1) be inserted, which Section shall be and read as follows'
"Class G License. For issuance to Park Dastricts only which shall authorize
the licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail for consumption on the
premises specified in such license application, beer and wine only
Additionally, other alcoholic beverages may be served at specml events up
to 30 times per year provided that the Village Manager shall be notified
in wmang of each such special event at least 5 days in advance of the
event This Class G license shall permit only the Park District, its agents
or employees to sell or deliver an alcoholic beverage and shall not permit
other parties using Park District facilities to sell or deliver alcoholic
beverages"
SECTION TWO That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE' That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
~ts passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law
