Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect Illinois, held in
the village hall of said village en the 7th, day of May 1935.

The meeting was called to 'order by President Meyn and
en call of the roll the following were found to be present:
H. F. Msyn President, and Meiners. Beige', Carlson Haas,Budlsng
Niebuhr ant Ville, Trustees.
There being a quorum' present the President declared the
meeting open for the transaetisn of business, and requested
the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting.
The Clerk read the minutes, whisk were approved.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Carlson that the treasurers report be plaited en file. Metier)
carried by a vete of acelamatien.
A *Fotien was made by Trustee Beigel and seconded by
Trusts Niebuhr, that the Special Assessment report be placed
en file. Motion carried by a vote of acclamation.
Thereupon Trustee Vass mode a motion that the following
bills be pail, said motion being seconded by Trustee Budlsng
with the following vote. Ayes: Beigel, Budieng, Carlson,
Haas, Niebuhr and Wills. Nays: None. The President declared
1 the motion serried.

Therafter a aetien was made by Trustee Carlsen ant seconded
by Trustee Haas that the Treasurer be authorized to transfer the
necessary funds to funds found short at the end of the fissai year.
The roll was called with the following result: Aye: Beigel, Builong
Carlsen, Haas, Niebuhr ant Wilde Nays: Nene. The President declared
I the motion carried.
4 It was Moved by Trustee Beigel and seconded by Trustee
Niebuhr that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was carried
by a vete of acclamation.
