Minutes of regular meeting of the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
held in the Village Hall of said Village on. the 1st day of
January, A.D.1935 at the hour of eight o'clock P.M.
The meeting was called to order by President Meyn.
In the absence of the Village Clerk Herman Haas, one of the
trustees, acted as Village Clerk. Due to the fact that said
• meeting, being the regular meeting date of said President and
Board of Trustees, gamely, the first Tuesday of the month,
happened to be a holiday, it was found on roll call that only
the following were present:. Herman F. Meyn, President, and
Mr. Herman Maas, trustee.
Absent: Messrs. Beigel, Budiong, Carlson, Niebuhr
and Wille.
There being no quorum present for the transaction of
business, and it being a holiday, on motion made said meeting
was adjourned to January 10, 1935, at the hour of eight o'clock
P.M.
