Minutes of the regular meeting of the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect,
Illinois, held on the 6th day of November, A.D. 1934, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The meeting was called to order by President
Meyn and on call of the roll the following were found to
be present: Mr. Herman F. Meyn, President, and Messrs.
Alvin Beigel, Dudley W. Budlong, Arvid Carlson, Herman
Haas, Walter Niebuhr and Edwin Wille, Trustees.
Absent: None.
Inasmuch as a portion of the Board Room in the
Village Hall was being used as a polling place and the
counting of votes was in progress, in order to avoid
interference, it was moved by Trustee Beigel that the
meeting of the President and Board of Trustees be ad-
' journed to November 7, 1934, at the hour of eight
o'clock P.M.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Budiong and
on call of the roll was unanimously carried. Thereupon
the President declared the meeting adjourned to November
7, 1534, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
