TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROPSECT HELD ON OCT .And 1934
The President called the meeting to order with Trustees
Beigel, Bualong, Carlson, Haaa, Niebuhr and Ville Present.
The minutes of the pr eviouc meeting were read and approved.
It was moved by Trustee Beigel and seconded by Trustee W'ute
that the following treasuresa report be accepted as presented.

that the Special assessment report be placed on file.
Motion carried by acclamation.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel
that the following bills be paid. Ayes- Beigel, Carlson
Haas, Niebuhr and Ville. Nay None.

It was moved by Trustee Leigel and 2nd by Trustee Haas
that the bond of Edwin L. Busse, as Village Clerk, and
signed by Edward Busse and Frank Baldwin be accepted.
Q Ayes- Beigel, Hai and Ville. Nays - Carlson and Niebuhr.
The Presid nt declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Beigel
that Miss. Jackaszi, the Health nurse be authorized to
purchase whatever necesary for welfare work, as stated in
her letter. Ayes- Beigel, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Ville.
It was moved oy Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Haas that N o )'ja
an ordinance to revise an ordinance entitled: AN ordinance
providing for the regulation and management of the water
work systeL. of the Village of Mount Prospect, and establishing
\15 rules and regulations for the government of water consumers
and others, and regulating connections with said system and
establishing rates and charges and license fees for Plumbers.
be passed. The vote was as follows: Ayes- Beigel, Haas and
Ville. 1U4s- Carlson and Niebuhr. The President declared
the motion carried and the ordinance in effect.
