The President called the meeting to order with Trustees Beigel, Budlong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wills, responding present. It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd byvTrustee Niebuhr that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Haas. that the following bills be paid. Motion carried six Ayes no nays. Illinois Bell Tel. Co. 4.10t Public Service Co. A motion by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that the following Treasurers report be placea on file, was carried by s vote of acclamation. D. Busse Treas. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2hd by Trustee Carlson that the Macadam Streeter on the south side of town be re- paired and weeds cut along said streets. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Ville. No Nays. It was moved byvTrustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that - ,: an ordinance providing for the levying and assessment of '� "y'9r taxes for the. current fiscal year of the Village of Mount' Prospect, Illinois, commencing May let, 1934 and ending April 30th, 1935. be passed. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carlson, Haas, Nie bugr and Will*. Nays none. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Carlson that the Health Committee work out a program regarding quarantine in the Village, said committee to work with the Health Board on the program. Six Ayes no nays. It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Haas that September 12th 19214, be deLignated as Clean -up -day. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Ville that the bond of Treasurer C. D. Busse. with as co- signers be accepted. The vote to accept said bond was as follows: Ayes- Beigel, Haas and Ville. Nays- Budlong Carlson and Niebuhr. The vote being tie the President voted Aye, declaring the motion carried. -3- It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Wille, that the motion requesting the resignation of J. P. Moehling be recinded. Ayes- Seigel, Haas and Wille. Nays- Budong, Carlson and Niebuhr. The vote being tie the President voted Aye and declared the motion carridd. It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2na by Trustee Wille that the bond of J. P. Moehling for Village collector in the amount of $10a,O0Q.OQ with as co- signers be accepted. The vote al acceptance being as follows Ayes- Seigel, Haas_ and Wille. Naya- Budlong, Carlson and Niebuhr. The vote being tie the President Voted Aye and declared the motion carried. ADJOURNMENT c
