It was Miffed by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Beigel that the Special Assesment report be placed en file. lstion serried by vete of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Wills that the Treasurers report be placed en file. Motion Carried It was moss by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that the following bills be paid. William Schott. repairs $ 65.001 Pur Oil Prods Co. Motion carried six Ayes no nays? It was moved by Trustee Budlong and 2nd by Trustee Carlson that C Mr. Rederiek proceed to modernize the Special Assessment Accounts and report his findings to the beard in two weeks ties ant report hew much said work will cost. Ayes- Beigsi, Budleng, Carlsen,Haas, Niebuhr and Wille. Nagys None. It was mowed by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Button; the Mulse and Wittenberg each receive tee weeks vaeatien with pay, said two weeks to be taken at one ties. Motion carried. It was mOTed oy Trubtse Budlong and 2nd by Trustee Carlson thet the following resolution the adopted. Be it resolved the the firm of Censoer. and Quinlan, Eng- ineers be employee to renter the customary and necessary ser- vice in connection with the proposed improvement to the water works system for whish end application for a loan has been made and approved by the Oovernment, ant that the eampensation of such engeneera shall be(54) Five percent, of the coat of the project and $8.00 per day for inspection during the con- struction, ant be it further resolved that H. J. Thall be employed to renter the necessary legal services on said project and his compenstian shall be fixed at (24%) Two and one -half percent of the cost of said project. The above resolution was adopted by the fallowing vote. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wille. Nays - Mene. It was move d by Trustee Beige 1 and 2nd by Trustee Haas that the meeting be adjourned until August 8th, 1934.Motion carried. c
