It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2nd. by Trustee Carlson that the minutes be approved as read and corrected. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Carlson ax.d 2nd by Trustee Haas that the treasures report be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Niebuhr, that the Special Assessment report be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. A motion by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Wille, that the street Committee be authorized to repair broken sidewalks and curbings, not to exceed $60.00 in cost. Ayes- Beigel, Budiong Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wills. Nays none. The President declared the motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that the following bills be paid. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wil le. Nays none. Edwin L.
