OF MOUNT PROSPECT, HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON JULY 13th, 1934.
The President called the meeting to order with Trusteee
Beigel, Budiong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wille reaponding
present.
It was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Budiong
that paint be bought for markei the streets, and that
said streets be marked. Motion carried by acclamation.

It was moved by Tr.usteeeHaas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that
the Appropriation Ordinance be passed. Ayes- Beigel, Budiong r
Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Wille, Nays none. The President ( 1
declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson mad 2nd by Trustee Budlong
that the Special Assessment bookbe retained and not sent
to the County Collector as delinquent. The motion was Carr -
ied by the following vote. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carlson
Haas, Niebuhr and Ville. Nays -None.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that
the following bills be paid. Motion carried.

It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee
that the recommendations of the Auditor be carried out in
its entirety. Ayes- Beige', Budiong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr,
and Wille. Nays none. The President declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Budlong and 2nd by Trustee Carlson
that the meeting be adjourned until Tuesday night July 17th
1934. Motion carried.
