Wille. Nays -None.
It was moved by Trustee Will. and 2nd by Trustee Beige' that
the bond of John Eencic as later rates collector be wpproveD
the vote was as fellows. Ayes- Beig.l, Haas and Ville, Nays
Budlong., Carlson and Niebuhr. The vote of the Trustees be-
ing tied the President voted Aye thereby carrying the motion.
