of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
meld at the Tillage H 11 on Sate_ 5th, 1934.
The President called the meeting to order with Trustees
Beigel Budiong, Carlson, Haas, Niebuhr and Ville respon-
ding present.
The minutes of the previous meeting where read and approved.
It was moved by Trustee Haas, and 2nd by Trustee Willa that
the Treasurers report which follows be placed on file. Carried.

that the Special Ass't . report he place:: on file. Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Haas,
that the business licenses shall be reduced 50% provided
they are paid by /august lat, 1934. the full amount to be
paid after that time. Ayes- Beigel, Budlong, Carieon,Raas,
Niebuhr and bills Nays - None.
It was move, by Trustee Haws and 2nd by Trustee Beigel that
the following bills be paid. Carried.

it was moved by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by TrusteeeWilie that

Motion Carried. 1 t
A motion by Trustee Carlson and End by Trustee Haas that the 1
letter from the State Sanitary later Board regarding sewage be
referred to the Health and Drainage committee. Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Hass that
the books of the Collector, Treasurer, Village Clerk and Water
Rates collector be audited. Motion Carried.
A motion was mad by Trustee Beigel and 2nd by Trustee Haas that
the Holes in the following streets be repaired. Smerson and
Linc61n, Ville and Lincoln, and side walk repairs at Busse near
William, Emerson south of the tracks, Ville near Milburn and
Ville near Lincoln. Ayes- Beigel, Budiong Carlson,Haes, Niebuhr
and Wi1ie. Nays None.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Bei el that
Rmerso Street be designated as an Arterial Highway
the North
west Highway. Motion carried..
