The President called the meeting to order with trustees
Budlong, Carlson, Goula,Miebuhr and Ville responding present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by Trustee Budlong
that the Treasurers report which follows be accepted as read.
Motion carried by acclamation.
