for the purpose of c•nvassing the votes of the election held
April 17th, 1934.
The President called the resting to order, with Trustees
Fudlong, Gould, Niebuhr a nd 'Ville present.
A motion by Gould and 2nd by Nieouhr that the vote oe can -
vassed. C cried by acciama tion. The vote was as follows.
