HomeMy WebLinkAbout03/06/1934 VB minutes MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, HELD ON MACH_ 6th, 1934 AT 8 P.m. The President called the meeting to ardor with Trustees. Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wills present. Minutes of the previous meetingsof Feb. 6th, and 13th, read and approved. The clerk then presented the following report from the Village Treasurer. • General Fund Receipts: Refund cancelled Ins. It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by rustee Niebuhr, that the Treasurers retort be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Carlson 2nd by Trustee Gould that the Special Assessment report be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Carlson 2nd by Trustee Budlong that the following bills be paid. The vote was Aye Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Lille. Nays none. Ayes, Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Nieauhr, and Wille. Nays none. The President declared the motion carried. It was moved ray Trustee Gould and 2nd, by Trustee 16 Budlong that an Ordinance be drawn up disconecting ? , certain property from the Village of Mt Prospect. Motion carried oy acclamation. Trustee Budlong moved that the Village Clerk be authorized to issue the proper election call for the annual Village election to be held on April 17th, 1934 at which time three trustees and a Village clerk be elected. Trustee Wille seconded the motion and same was carried by vote of acclamation. Meeting adjourned. • •
