The President called the meeting to order with Trustee's Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Ville present. Minuets of the meeting of January 2nd, and January 9th, were read and approved. The clerk then presented the following report from the Village Treasurer. General Fund. Receipts: Cook County Treasurer 1931 . Del'q. 200.00 Expenditures 1143.87 Deficit last report 20.74 1164.61 Water Fund. Balance on hand last report 3019.75 Edwin L. D. Busse. Tress. It was moved bu Trustee Gould and seconded by Trustee Ville, that report be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. The clerk. than presented the Special Assessment report for the month of January 1934. It was moved by Trustee Budiong and 2nd, Q y Trustee adilia th,t the report be placed on file. Edwin Grienke ly expense 2.80r• • American La France 147.07I\ Milburn Bros. 75.001\ It was moved by Trustee Carlson and seconded by Trustee Niebuhr that the above bills be paid. *hich was carried by the following vote, Ayes-Budlong,Carlson, Gould, Niehbur and Nays none The President declared the motion carried and directed that the proper vouchers be drawn. It was moved by Trustee Gould that Fred Meekse, Frank Bierman and A Alert Busseobe Appointed on the Home Guard, motion carried by vote of acclamation. It was moved oy Trustee Gould seconded by Trustee Carlson that the meeting ae adjourned until February 13th, 1934. Carriea by acclamation.
