IN VILLAGE 173 1( The President called the ineating to order with Trustees Budlong, Carlson,, Gould, Niebuhr and Ville present. Minutes of the meeting of December 5th, 1933 were read and approved. emotion being duly made, seconded, and carried. The Clerk then presented the following report from the Village Treasurer; GENERAL FUND Receipts: Cook County Treas, Delq. 2.70 " 1930 2.57 1931 200.00 1931 250.00 Robert M Sweitzer- Hall rent. 10.00 Dr. Louis Koester- Building permit 2.50 Edwin L. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. (:: The Clerk then read the Special Assessment report for month of December 1933. Moved by Trustee- Carlson, and seconded by Trustee Wille that report ae placed on file. " 292.43 ° � ` A motion by Trustee Carlson, seconded by Trustee Budlong, that the above bills be paid was carried by the following vote. Ayes- Budlong, Carlson, Niebuhr and Wille. Nays none. The President declared the motion carried and directed that the proper vouchers be drawn. It was moved by Trustee Carlson and seconded by Trustee Budlong that the Judiciary Comittee set up an ordinance for proper Bonds for Village appointees and elected officers Witan.tate the next fiscal year. The motion was carried by the following vote. Ayes - Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. Nays- None. The Pres- id.nt declared the motin carried. Trustee Budlong moved that the Bona of C. D. Busse, Village Treas. be set at 4100,000.00 same being seconded by Trustee Carlson. The vote on this motion being, Ayes Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Nieouhr and Wille. The President declared the motion carried. It was moved oy Trustee Nieauhr, and seconded oy Trustee Gould, that the oond of the Village Collector J. P. Moehling be set at 4100,000.00. The clerk called the r'bll Ayes Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. The President declared the motion carried. Amotion by Trustee Carlson and seconded by Trustee Wille, that the Bond of 3. L. Busse, Water rates collector be set at 410.000.00 was carried by the foitlo ing vote, Ayes- Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. Nays -none. • The President appointed 3dwin Wille, as a member of the Judiciary Committee. The vote of approval being. Ayes Budiong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. Nays - none. It was moved by Trustee- Carlson and seconded bu Trustee Budlong that the meeting be adjourned until January 9th, 1934, to take up matters regarding Special Assessment Accounts. Motion carried by acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Ville and seconded by Trustee fiebuhr that the Public Service Company be permitted to Install Gas service to Victor S. Bittner N. W. corner Milburn & Elmhurst, no pa- vement to be broken. This motion carried by acclamation. c c
