8 O'clock P.M. at village hall.
President Meyn called the meeting to order with Trustees Budlong,
Carlson, Niebuhr and Wille Present.
It was moved by Trustee Carlson that Village oollector be
required to furnish a $15,000.00 cash bond or $100,000.00 real
estate bond, he to ma'e deposit when amount of $10,000.00 or
less has accumulate his motion was seconded by Trustee
Budlong. The t then called the roll with the following
results, Ayes Budlong, Carlson and Gould, Nays none. Trustees
Niebuhr and Wille not voting. The President declared the motion
carried.
There being no further business it was duly moved seonded and
carried, meeting adjourned.
