M. President Meyn called the meeting to order with Trustees -baronet, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Willa answering to roll Ball. Trustee Budlong moved that the minutes of the Regular Meeting held Larch, 7th, 1933 be approved as read. Trustee `caul seconded this motion a and the same carried by vote of acclamation. D. Busse Village Treasurer Trustee Gould moved that the report of the Village Treasuer be accepted and placed on file. Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. The Ulerk then presented a report from the Village Treasurer on receipts and disbursements of Special Assessment Funds. Trustee Gaul A' moved that the report be accepted and placed on file. Trustee `Mlle AW seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. The Finance Committee presented the following bills and_ recommended payment of the same :— N. C. E. uinn 1.500 3 ack's"Sinclair Service Illinois Bell Telephone Co. 5.95 Harold We Flinn 3.20K Paul Revere Life Insurance Co. 15.00" " a Trustee Saul moved that the recommendations of the Finance Committee be accepted and that the kresident and Village Clerk be authorized to issue C the proper warrants in payment of the same. Trustee Gould seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following result1 "Ayes • Trustees Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille, none voting "Kaye" the President declared th emotion as carried and directed that the proper vouchers be issued and the bills be paid. Trustee Gaul moved that Cleanup Day be set for April, 25th, 1933, Trustee Barcroft seconded this motion and the same carriedby Mete of acclamation. President Meyn then appointed the following for Judges and Clerks in the annuil Village - "lection to be held April, 18th, 1933. For Judges Robert uinn / John Katz Jr. Arthur Greinke For Clerks Mrs. E. Lackner Mrs. A. 'Ville Mrs. P. Jonas Trustee Wille moved that the appointments be confirmed. Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and the same ca rried by vote of acclamation. Trustee Budlong mo *ed that the Board adjourn at this time, to meet again it an adjourned *eeting Tuesday evening April, 18th, 1933 at eight o clock 2. L. for the purpose of canvassing the vote of the Village Election to be held April, 18th, 1933. Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. ., .
