Minutes of The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of £ he Village of Mount Prospect, held in the Village Board Rooms, October, 4th, 1932 at the hour of eight o'clock P. M. ?resident Meyn called the meeting to order with Trustees Trustees Barerott, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and 'Mlle answering to roll call. Trustee Gaul moved that the minutes of the regular meeting held September, 6th, 1932 be approved as written. Trustee Wile seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. d The following report of the Village Treasurer was present to the Board at this time:- GENERAL FUND Receipts Hy Beiges Bldg. Wrospect State ' ant 13.02 $448.41 C. D. Busse Village Treasurer �✓ Trustee Budlong moved that the Treasuref s report be accepted and placed on file. Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. Trustee Gaul moved that the Treasurer's report on the receipts and disbursements of Special Assessment Funds be aaoepted and placed by vote of acclamation. Trustee Budlong moved that the following permits be granted the .Public Service Company: - To make 4' x 4' pavement opening to repair gas service at 8 Maple Street, To repair gas service in W. Parkway of Maple Street approxi- mately 165' South of S. property line of Central Road. No pavement will be broken. Make 4' X 4' opening in shoulder of raad to repair gas main att thefollowing locations 3' E. E. Rail of C. &. N. W. R. R. & 12' S. of C. L. of Central Road. No pavement will be disturbed. Trustee Mille seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. Trustee Wille moved that George E. Whittenberg be hired as Motorcycle Policeman for the Village of Mount krospect. Trustee Gaul seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following result; "yes" Trustees Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. "Naves" Trustees Barcroft and Budlong, Whereon the President declared the motion carried. Trustee Barcroft moved that the President and Village Clerk be authorized to issue a voucher in the amount of $50.00,4ayable to Nelson, Burton & quindry for attorney's fees in connection with services rendered in revision of the Business License Ordinance. Trustee Gaul seconded this motion and the same carried upon call of the roll as follows; "Ayes" Trustees Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Niebuhk and Wille. "Naves" none. Roderick 225.00k- R. P. Huecker 26.55 Blackwood Inn Service 18.11+x, Trustee Budlong moved that the r resddent and Village Clerk be authorized to issue the proper warrants in payment of the bills. Trustee Barcroft seconded this motionand the roll was called with the following result: "ayes" Trustees Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Niebuhr and Wille. None voting "]aye ". Whereon the President declared the motion carried and directed that the proper warrants be issued and the bills be paid. There being no further business to code before the Village Board at this time Trustee Budlong moved that same adiaur.
