of the Village of Mount krospect, held in the
Village Board Rooms, September, 6th, 1932
at the hour of eight o'clock P.
President Meyn called the meeting to order with Trustees
Barcroft, Budlong, caul, Gould, Niebuhr and 7ille answering to roll
call -.
Trustee Gould moved that the minutes of the regular meeting
held August, 2nd, 1932 be api'roved as read. Trustee Budlong seconded
this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation.
The following report of the Village Treasurer was presented
to the Board at this timer -

The Village Treasurer's report of receipts and disbursements of
`mow S ecial Assessment Funds for the month of august was presented to the •
Board at this tiers. Trustee Budlong rnoged that the re,T)ort be pl acedHon
file. Trustee Gould seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of
acclamation.
Trustee Budlong moved that the matter of 2:r. Lockhard's r-errnit
be refered to the Judiciary Committee for further investigation. Trustee
Gould seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation.
The Village Clerk presented the following bills for the

Trustee Gaul moved that the President and Village Clerk be authorized
to issue the proper warrants in payment of the bills. Trust+e Gould
seconded this motion and the rollwas called ' ith the following results;
."Ayes" Trustees Barcroft, Budiong, Gaul, Gduld, Niebuhr and .7ille.
None voting "Kaye" the President declared the motions as carried and
directed that the proper warrants be isssued s and the bills be paid.
Trustee Budlong moved that the Public Service be granted
permission to make the following Concre - Ee Pavement Opening under their
franchise for the purpose of repairing mains;

There being no further business to come before the Village
Board at this time Trustee Gould Moved that same adjour. Trustee Barcroft
seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation.
