Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, held April 25th, 1932.
The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll with all members responding present.
It was moved by Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Budiong that:
AN ORDINANCE TO LICENSE AND REGULATE CERTAIN
BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS, CALLINGS AND EMPLOYMENTS AS , /�
EXPRESSED HEREIN, AND TO PROVIDE THE TERM, THE FEE AND
THE METHOD OF PROCURING AND ISSUING SUCH LICENSES,
TOGETHER WITH THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH SAME ARE ISSUED,
AND FIXING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.

be passed as read. Boll Call - Ayes 5 - Nays - None. Motion carried,
whereupon the President-declared the Ordinance passed as read.
It was moved by Trustee Budiong, seconded by Trustee Dresser,
that the following bills be paid:-

Arthur Pohncke 6.00 r
Adolph Wille 6.00 r
Alvina Wille 6.00
Mrs. Luckner 6.00
Mrs. Jonas 6.00
Roll Call - Ayes 5 - Nays - None. Whereupon the President
declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Gerken,
that bills presented by Hugo J. Thal, amounting to $569.9 for moneys
due for witness fees, engineer's fees, court costs and rep ter' s fees,
in connection with sewer.and drainage district litigation, be paid.
Roll Call - Ayes - 5 -- Nays - None. Whereupon the President
declared the motion carried.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that the Board of
Trustees adjourn.
