Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Flesch to give the Kruse Construction Co. water for testing sewers providing the Drainage Board guarantees the payment of the water. Motion carried. Moved by Mr. '. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft to install street light at Albert and Evergreen Streets. Roll Call - Ayes 6 - Nays None. Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Flesch, that Mr. Seegers be allowed to haul 1 loan of gravel to Mt. Prospect Road to fill in hole, Mr. Seegers to pay for hauling. Roll Call - Ayes 6 - Nays - None. Moved by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Gaul, to buy the necessary pipe to lower drop line 40 feet in well. Roll Call - Ayes 6 - Nays None. Moved by Mr. Gaul that President Meyn he authorized to dispose of fire truc# as he sees fit. Carried. Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded.by'Mr. Gaul that Judiciary Committee and President be authorized to approach Busniness Men who have not paid their license and see if same can be collected.
