The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all responding present. The minutes were approved as read. Special assessment report was ordered placed on file. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Gerken, to refer petition back to Ed. Pingel for blue print, and specifications, and guarantee that building will be improved and built equal to other homes in block.. Ayes - six. Nays - None. Moved by Flesch, seconded by Barcroft, to install street lights on Milburn and WaPella Avenues, also on Maple and Evergreen Avenues. Roll Call: Ayes six - Nays none. Moved by Mr. Budiong, seconded by Mr. Gaul, that October 22, 1931, be clean up day. Carried. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Budiong, that trees be removed from parkways that are dead, and permit private '�✓ individuals to remove same at their own risk and hold Village free from all damage' . Carried. Moved by Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Gerken • that Keystone bill of $1292.50 /N be paid, which is balance of pump. Ayes - six. Nays none. Moved by Mr. Barcroft, seconded by Mr. Flesch to buy Hose Clamp for Fire Department. Ayes six- Nays none. Moved by Barcroft, seconded by Mr. Dresser, to buy stickers for windshield for 1932 Vehicle License. RollCall - Ayes - Six -Nays None. Moved by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, to refer matter of gates to the Judiciary Committee to take up with the Railroad.Carried. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, to refer matter of heating pumpt house to the Water Committee for action. Carried. Moved by Mr. Flesch to refer matter of storing tractor to the Street and Sidewalk Committee. Carried. Moved by gr. Gerken, seconded by Mr. Dresser, that Clerk write Rathj e. & Connor, about fishing J. H. Gors contract on Village Hall. Carried.
