The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all responding present except Trustees Barcroft and Gerken. The minutes were approved as read. Bauptley that the use of firearms in the Village is prohibited by ordinance, and therefore cannot issue a permit for a rifle range. Carried.
