The meeting was called to order by the President and on call of the roll all responded present. Minutes of the previous meetings were approved as read. Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Gerken that we accept book from the Mount Prospect Improvement Association for safekeeping. Carried. Moved by ar. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Dresser, that special assessment report be placed on file. Carried. Thereupon the clerk read the following bills: William Mulso, salaries - $175.00 H. Thal, certifies copies - 190. 00 It was moved by Trustee Gerken, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that bills be paid. c Roll Call - Ayes 6 - Nays None. Carried. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Budiong that Public Service permit for gas service on 30th and Wa Pella Avenue be granted. Carried. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Flesch that letter from Junior Baseball team regarding open dates be referred to the Public Grounds Committee. Motion carried. Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Gerken to refer matter of trimming trees to the Street and Sidewalkd Committee to get advise from the Public Service Company to see what can be done. Motion carried. Moved by Mr. Budiong, seconded by Mr. Gaul that matter of sewer be referred to the Health & Drainage Committee and they to take same up with the proper authorities. Carried. It was moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Flesch that garbage disposal question be put on ballot for a vote at the general election, and Mr. Thal prepare the necessary paper. Motion carried. Ayes 6 - Nays None. Moved by Mr. Gerken, seconded by Mr. Barcroft that Clerk call an election to be held on April 21, 1931, for one President and three trustees. Motion carried. Ayes 6 - Nays None. Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft that resolution be adopted granting Post No.1337 to conduct a Buddy Poppy Day as set by President Hoover. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, same on motion made, seconded and carried, was ad- journed.
