Village of Mount Prospect, held February 12,1931, pursuant to
the following notice:

Village Clerk:
Dear Sir:
You are hereby notified to call a special meeting for
February 12, 1931, for the purpose of taking up matters of the
Motorcycle Policement and to take up such other business as may
come before said meeting, same to be held at the usual time and
place.

The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk
called the roll, all responding present.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, the matter
of motorcycle Police be referred to the Police Committee for
settlement. Roll Call - Ayes 6. Nays none.
Moved by ter. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Gaul, that Clerk
write Public Service Co. to remove their poles along the north-
west Highway. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Gerken, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, to have
Mr. Thor take out the three dead trees in front of the hospital
and cut them dose to the ground. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Budlong that the
following resolution be passed:
"RESOLVED that our Local State Representative be
advised that we are opposed to any law designed to deprive
us of our Local Assessor and Tax Representation ".
Roll Call - Ayes 6. Nays None.
Duly moved, seconded and carried that we adjourn to
February 13, 1931.

Upon call of the roll all responded present.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, to give
H. Roy Berry Co. permit for one year to move real - estate office
from Katz property to Northwest Highway between Edward and Louis
Street. Roll Call ; Ayes 6 - Nays none.
Moved. by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft that an
ordinance repealing an ordinance establishing a building line on
Northwest Highway in the Village of Mount Prospect, County of /
Cook and the State of Illinois, be passed. Roll Call: Ayes 6.
Nays none.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Budlong to install
another Stop and Go Light at Main and Northwest Highway, and
connect up same as per order. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft that bill
for the sum of $352.91 be paid to the Brunswick Electric Const.
Co. Roll Call: Ayes six. Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Ar. Barcroft, that plat
of Wille's Subdivision, being a subdivision of Block 11, except
the East 30 feet of the South 30 feet of the North 180 feet
thereof" in Busse's & Wille's hesubdivision in Mount Prospect,
in the West Half of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 East
•of the 3rd P.M., he approved. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Gerken that plat
of John Meyn's Subdivision of part of Block 16 of Mount Prospect
in the West Ralf of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 bast
of the 3rd P.4., be approved. Roll Call - Iyes 6 - Nays none.
Moved by Mr. Gerken, seconded by Mr. Budlong that chief
get Ford car repaired for the sum of :8.90. Roll Call: Ayes 6.
Nays None.
Thereupon the meeting adjourned.
