Tne meeting was callea to order by the President. On call or the roll all members were round to be p'esent. The Treasurer's report was read and ordered placed on file, said report being as follows: Robert M. Thereupon , the motion was dartied::'.and a rd bills ordered paid. (2 It was moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Flesch, that the matter of shrubs on Ufa Pella Street oe referred to tae Street & Sidewalk Committee for action by said committee, . and said motion was carried. It was :noved by Mr. Dresser,,-; seconded by Mr. Gaul and unanimously carried tnat the Matter of trimming trees be referred to the Chairman of the Street & Sidewalk Committee for investigation and report, such report to be made at the mart meeting of the Board. Motion was made by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Flesch and unanimously carried, tnat Cider Mulso issue an order to the person responsible for tearing down log and sod i aouse in Prospect Manor for the removal of same. Motion was made by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. . Dresser and unanimously carried, that the matter of beautify - ing the depot grounds be referred to tale Mount Prospect Im- provement Association for recommendation to the Village Board. It was coved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Dresser, (2 twat the locations of skating ponds rye reterre.: to the Public Grounds Committee. Said motion was carried. Motion was made by Mr. Budlon, seconded by Mr. Gaul that unpaid business licenses be referred to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Said motion was carried. Motion was made by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft and unanimously carried that the following Public Service Permits be granted: R. M. Newman - Gas Service P. Svensen - Gas Service. It was moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, that the Boald make application for Permit for "Stop & Go" lights for Emnerson Avenue and Nortiwest Highway. Said motinn was carried. It was moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Flesch that the Board return "Stop & Go" signal to S : DarTey'&yCo., and that the Clerk write the said company adtising them of the action taken. Said motion was carried. • Motion was made by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Gaul, and carried on roll call, Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul and Gerken, Nays: None, that a letter be sent to the Mt. Prospect State -Bank regarding interest paid on balances; that if no answer has been received by December 15, 1930, further action be taken. Thereupon, there being no further ousiness to come before the Board, upon motion made, seconded and car- ried the meeting was adjourned. c
