The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present. The minutes of the meeting of June 27, 1930 , were approved as read. Treasurer's report, as follows, was read and ordered placed on file. Nays: None. Motion carried, ayes 6 - nays - None. Clerk read the following application for permits: Gas line to serve S.H. Dempsey on Wa -Pella Ave., ang ling to sarva Albert Willa on I Oka Ave.. Gas main on highway and Main Street, • Gas main on highway Albert Wille on I Oka. Moved by Trustee Gerken, seconded by Trustee Dresser that said permits be granted. Carried. Moved by Dresser, seconded by Gaul that we replace Sandbergs license plate. Carried. It was moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Barcroft, that Judiciary Committee get copies of the Health Ordinance for the Board of Health. Carried. Moved by Dresser, seconded by Gaul that Public Grounds Committee get estimate on pai1tin_g the Community • Hall. Carried. Moved by Budlong, seconded by Flesch that Mr. Flinn be granted permission to connect for water tap and sewer connection for his gas station. Carried. Moved by Budlong, seconded by Dresser that Clerk write Chicago & Northwestern hailroad regarding their crossing on Mount Prospect Road. Carried. Moved by Budlong, seconded by Flesch that Public Service Co. be authorized to put light in Band Stand. Carried. It was duly moved, seconded and carried that Clerk write Lutweiler about Pump parts. Carried. Moved by Budlong, seconded by Gaul, question of well capacity and pumps be refebred to the Fire & Water Committee and the Engineers for recommendation. Carried. It was moved and seconded that we buy two police caps and two police badges. Roll Call: Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul, and Gerken. Nays: None. Motion carried ayes 6 - nays none. Moved by Budlong, seconded by Barcroft, that forms for sidewalk on Central Road and School btreet be ordered removed. Carried. 0 Moved by Budlong, seconded by Barcroft that President Meyn take up matter regarding removal of switch track in back of the depot. Carried. Moved by Dresser, seconded by Flesch that Judiciary Committee take up matter of waiting room with the proper officials. Carried. Moved by Gaul, seconded by Budlong that Arthur H. Flesch be appointed President of the Board of Appeals. Roll Call: Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul and Gerken. Nays - None. Motion carried, ayes six - nays - none. Moved by Gerken, seconded by Gaul that V. C. Weber be appointed a member of the Board of Appeals. Roll Call: Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul and Gerken. Nays: None. Motion carried: Ayes -six: Nays None. Moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Trustee Gaul that an Ordinance Establishing A Building Line on the North -, 1 west Highway in the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois. h.4 Roll Call: Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul and Gerken. Nays: None. Motion carried: Ayes Six - Nays None. Moved by Dresser, seconded by Flesch that ordinance f7 prohibiting parking on certain parts of Northwest Highway in the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Iilinois.1 Roll Call: Ayes: Barcroft, Budlong, Dresser, Flesch, Gaul and Gerken. Nays: None. Motion carried: Ayes six. Nays none. It was duly moved, seconded and carried that meeting he adjourned. (:) Approved this 5th day of August, A.D. 1930.
