This is to notify that you are to call a special meeting April
15, 1930 for the purpose of canvassing votes and tc take up such other
business as may come before said meeting.

President.
The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all Trustees responding present except Trustee
Haas and Beigel.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Truscee Budlong that
the Village Board proceed to canvass votes of the election of April 15,
1930. lotion Carries.
Upon canvassing votes the report was as follows:
FOR VILLAGE RU3TEES
John Gerken 379 votes
William A. Gaul 350 "
A. C. Dresser 344 "
Herman Haas 299
John W. Pohlman 300 "
Frank C. Petrine 262 "
FOR VILLAGE CLERK
Edwin L. Busse 379
Ernest Gosch 266 "
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Budlong
that John Gerken, William A. Gaul and A. O. Dresser be declared elected
Village Trustees and Edwin L. Busse be declared elected Village Clerk.
ROLL CALL.
t yes, Barcroft, Budlong, Flesch and Noll.
Nays, none.
Motion Oarried, Ayes four, Nays none.
It was duly moved, seconded, and carried that meeting be adjourned.
