paid and Clerk be directed to issue Vouchers for same.

It was moved by Trustee Has seconded by Trustee Flesch that Progressive
Party have use of the Community Hall Tuesday nights. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that the
Progressive Party be granted a permit for the use of Community Hall
April 14, 1930 providing the Improvement Assn. postpones their meeting.

It was duly moved by Trustee Barcroft, seconded by Trustee Haas that the
rental charge Cbr Community Hall shall be 425.00 per year, 415.00 per
six months and 43.00 per meeting for use of Local Organizations.

It was duly moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Haas that re-
quest of Mr. L. E. Wolf regarding fence along N. W. Highway for coal
bin be referred to Judiciary Committee. Motion Carried.
It was movea by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Flesch that Junior
Baseballs Teams request be referred to the Public Grounds Committee
with full power to act. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Barcroft, seconded by Trustee Flesch that the
following be appointed for Judges & Clerks of Elections J. P. Moehling,
Judge, Geo. L. Busse, Judge, Mrs/ E. C. Hauptley, Clerk, Mrs. Alvina
Mille, Clerk, Mrs E. M. Luckner, Clerk.
