The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present except Trustee
Noll.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beige' seccnded by Trustee Flesch that the
minutes of the meeting of July 2 & 9 were read and approved.

It was moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Budlong that permits
be granted/
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong and seconded by Trustee Beigel that
the matter concerning vacations of W. Mulso and H. Lesch be referred to
President, Chairman Police and Light Committee.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Barcroft the
sidewalk along Central Road and N. W. highway be investigated to the
Street Ccniittee. Motion carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong seconded by Trustee Beigel that
the matter concerning Water Rates reduction be turned over to the
Water Committee for recommendation. Motion carried.
. It was duly movea by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Barcroft
that the Village buy a meter tester at a cost of 440.00.

It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong that the Village refer the
matter c ncerning Garbage to the Health and Drainage Committee
and report back to the net meeting. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Tnustee Haas
that the Fire Dept. be issued a permit to have a Carnival and also
a Dance on the pavement on Busse .Ove. and N. W. highway.

It was duly moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that the
Village except the bid of Hy. Beigle for 4105.00 for extention to Bldg.
for the Ford Truck.
