The President Called the meeting to order.
Ahe Clerk called the roll, all trustees except Noll responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of May 3, May 7 and May 21 were read and same were
on motion duly made approved.

It was moved by Trustee Barcroft seconded by Trustee Budlong that salary
of Motorcycle Police Herbert Lesdh be $160.00 Per month.

and Wm. Busse, Or. for the sum of$100,00000 be approved.

Thereupon the finance Committee reported finding the Books of the Clerk

It was moved by Trustee Baroroft and seconded by Trustee Maas the chief
be authorized to buy 2 new Motorcycle tires and tubes.

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Fleseh seconded by Trustee Baroroft to
authorize St. and Sidewalk Committee to price on geting trees trimed.

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Fleseh seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
we authorize Public Grounds Committee to put Public Park in shape.

Nays, none. Noll absent.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It duly moved by Trustee Budlong seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
the matter of Salary of Chief of Police be referred to the Police & Light
Committee to make recommendation. Motion carried.
It was duly moved and seconded and carried that we adjoin to June 25.
