The President Called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Plesoh that Plat
C of the first addition to Central good Subdivision be appreoved that
President and Clerk be authorised to sign same in behalf for the village.
ROLL CALL.
Ayes, Baroroft, Beigel, Budlong, Plesoh, Haas, Noll.
Nays none.
Motion oarried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh seconded by Trustee Baroroft that the
Village Board Meeting suspended with.
The Beard again reconvened, the clerk called the roll, all trustees
responding present.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel that the
Ordinance for Special Aaament #49 be passed.
ROLL CALL.
Ayes, Baroroft, Beigel, Budlong, Plesoh, Haas and Noll.
Nays none.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
—It was duly moved by Trustee Plesoh seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
the Ordinance for Special Lemont #50 be passed.
ROLL CALL.
Ayes, Baroroft, Beigel, Budlong, Plesoh, Haas and Noll.
Nays none.
Motion oarried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee Haas that
the Ordinance for Special Asament #51 be passed.

Motion oarried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Plesoh seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
' Bond for 4100,000.00 of J. P. Moehling as principal, and Herman Seegers
and William Seegers as sureties be apprevvda

It was duly Moved by Trustee Flesoh seoonded by Trustee Baroroft
to authorise- chief of Police to set date for Olean -up -day.
Motion carried.
: It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seoonded by Trustee Beigel that
gas service pipes be installed at 30 North Busse Ave. also Iffifil7 off
Eastwood Ave. (Main in Parkway) and install gas Service pipes at East
Edwards and Busse 421 S. Wille 503 S. Wille 505 S. Willa. Will
not break payment.
Motion oarried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Baroroft seconded by Trustee Flesoh that
the matter of ashen be refereed to the Health and Drainage Committee.
Motion oarried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seoonded by Trustea Flesoh that
the Clerk and Treasurer close their Books
Motion carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh seoonded by Trustee Budlong that
the matter of Motoroyole Police be Referred to Police and Light
Committee. Motion oa.ed.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh seoonded by Trustee Budlong that
the question about stop Lights on Sha Bones and Elmhurst Road be referred
to the Police and Light Caumnittee. Motion oarried.
C It was duly moved by Truat e_Bi el seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
Wm. liable be paid 421.30. zor 4 nays wages.
