Paul's Church property to the Engineers. Carried. It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seoondedby Trustee Mecklen- burg that Village Board proceed to canvass votes of election of April 16, 1929. Carried. Upon canvassing votes, the result was as follows: FOR VILLAG' PRESIDENT H. I?. Meyn 353 votes A. C. Haake 2 28 " FOR VILLAGE TRUSTEES Dudley Budlong 303 " L. M. Baroroft 322 " R. H. Israel 240 " Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Heide that Meyn be declared elected as Vtllage President and Messrs Budlong, Baroroft and !leech be declared elected as Village Trustees and Geo Tagte be declared elected as Police Magistrate. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Ways, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. It was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel that construction of lead water service pipes in Prospect Ave knonw as Special Assessment # 43 be passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion oarried ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Pohlman that contruction and installation of lead water service pipes in Albert St., George St., Northwest Highway and Central Road known as Special Assessment f 44 be passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, 1ei]e, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. It was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel that installing a connected system of cast iron water supply pipes in Northwest Highway, Albert St., George St. Evergreen Ave and Central Road knbmw as Special Assessment 145 be passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays node. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Heide that pawing, grading, curbing and draining for Prospect Ave. and the roadways of all intersecting streets between the southwesterly curb line of Prospect Ave and a line parallel with and 10 feet northeasterly of the southwesterly street line of Prospeot Ave. between said termini known as speoial assessment # 46 be passed. ROIL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg that ordinance for the construction and install- ation of vitrified tile pipe house connections sewers in Prospect Ave. known as special assessment # I passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee /02/33 E Pohlman that Ordinance amending zoning ordinance lots 1 to 4, lots 71 to 74 of the Lonnguist Realty Ass'n2 Northwest Hills Sub. # 2 inton business property be passed. ROIL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Ways, None. It was duly moved seconded and carried meeting adjourned to April 26, 1929. & . r .
