� The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk palled the roll, all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meetings of Nov. 20th, Dec 4th, Dec 18th and Jan
2nd were read and same were on motion duly made, approved.

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills, said bills having
been approved by the proper committees:

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Meoklenburg
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by
Trustee Heide that Chief of Fire Dept be authorized to purchase
lights for rear of truck.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Haas, that
Clerk be directed to purchase necessary election supplies.

It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Haas
that clerk be directed to draw voucher to I11. Mlnioipal
League for 1929 dues.

Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee
Heide that "An ordinance providing for the Erection of Auto-
matio Electrical Danger signals at Main and Emerson Street
crossings in the Village of Mount Prospect be passed.

Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman.
Nays none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Noll, seoonded by Trustee Heide,
that contract for Street lights in Prospect Park 1 be
approved and President and Clerk be authorized to sign same
in behlaf of the Village.

Thereupon the olerk read the following permit:

Applioation is hereby made by the Publio Service Co.
of Northern Illinois to perform work as specified below:
To repair gas service pipe at Elm St. North of
Busse Ave.
Public Servioe Co.

It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be
granted.
(:: Thereupon the Village Board took a recess.
The Board again reconvened. The clerk called the roll, all
trustees responding present.
It was duly moved and seconded that Bond of Treausrer and
Colleotor be increased to $100,000.00 and said bonds to be
filed with Village Clerk at onoe. Motion oarried.
Thereupon it was duly moved and seconded that Supt of Water
Works be authorized to purchase neoessary stAtionery for
water meter readings.

It was moved by Trustee Noll seoonded by Trustee Haas that
Ordinance for widening of Northwest Highway from Maple to )(
Wille Street be passed.
