ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Kama, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays none. Motion ca-ried, ayes five, nays none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Beigel that bill from Mt. Prospect Citizens Band for 280.00 be ppid. ROLL CA Ayes, Beigel, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. Thereupon the clerk read the following applications for per' it: Village of Mt. Prospect,, Dear Sirs; Application is hereby made by the Public Service Co of Northern Illinois to perform work as specified below: To repair gas main in Elm St. south of Evergreen .To install 2" g -s main in Milburn St. from Edward St. to George St. and thence south in George St. to a point approximately 570 south of Milburn St. To extend 2" main in Evergreen St. to School St. and thence north in School St. to a point approximately 100' north of Evergreen St. Extend 2" gas m in,in Pine St. S /Sha Bonee Trail, Extend 2" main in Wille St. from Sha Bonee Trail south 363' It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Noll, that said permits pie granted. Motion carried. It was duly moved seconded and carried that nuisance of pigs be turned over to Chief Mulso. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconder by Trustee Mecklenburg that 43.45 be transferred from Toll & Equipment fund to Public Grounds Fund. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, aves five, nays none. It was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Doll that Permit be extended to May 1, 1929 for sidetrack on the south side of C. N. W. Ry on Railroad Ave. Motion carried. It was duly moved seconded and carried that letter from Board of Appeals to change residence property to Industrial property, 250 feet west of Behlendorf triangle as requested by Milburn Bros be referred to Attorney Thal to draw amendment to ordinance. Motion carried. It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg that bids for village hall addition Oo rejexted and that we advertise for new )ids as per sketch furnished by HenryBeigel also bids for heating. Bids to be opened Nov. 20th. Motion carried. It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned to Nov. 20, L928. c Nov 20, 1928. The President called the meeting to order. Motion carried. The following bid was received: J. H. Gore $873.00 It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Ttustee Haas that bid to .J. I. Gors for $873.00 be accepted. ROIL UALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Vilkidiandzzxg Roll Nays, none Not voting, Pohlman, Motion oarried ayes, four, nays none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee Beigel that bids be opned at'next regular meeting for heating • in addition to Pillage Hall. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Haas, that Supt. of Water be authorized to install water for ¶olf Bros from street pipe. Motion carried. It was duly moved and seconded that permit be granted to J. R. •ors to excavate under sidewalk for coal bin and if hole is construotei in sidewalk, Mr. Gors to give necessary surety bond. ROM CALL • Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. It was duly moved and seconded that George Busse be paid for Invoice forms express and fraight amounting to $186.34 and clerk be directed to issue warrant for same. Roll Call Ayes Beigel, Haas, Heide, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes four, nays none. It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
