The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present, except

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee * ecklenburg
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Motion carried ayes five, nays e Thereupon an ordinance for improvements for Sha Bonee Trail and
other streets was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said ordinance be passed.

Nays none.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by
Trustee Heide that a special committee be appointed to investigate
celo - tex,and Gyp -lap to see if proper for building purposes.
Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee Heide
that a winter uniform be bought for Wm Kable, price not to
exceed $65.00.

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Haas,
that clerk be authorized to Notify Publics Service Co to install
lights as follows: Edward & Northwest Highway, Northwest Highway
and Prospect Manor, Henry & Prospect Manor, Thayer & Prospect
Manor, Isabella & Prospect Manor, Gregory & Prospect Manor,
Pine & Evergreen, Elmhurst & Evergreen, Lincoln & Ioka, Lincoln
• & HI Lusi, Lincoln & Wapelia, Milburn & Ioka, Milburn & Hi Lusi,
William & Central and Wille & Henry.

Thereupon the clerk read the following permits:

Application is hereby made by the Public Service Co.
to perform work as specified below:
To install gas service pipe at E/S Wille 1 and 2 south of
Evergreen, E/s Louis 1 8 Evergreen W/S Louis 1 S Evergreen.
All in Mount Prospect
To install the following gas services, Owen north of Milburn,
Wille 1 and 2 north of Sha Bone Trail, Louis 1 s Evergreen.
To lay 2" gas main in Elm St. from 155 S S Central south 170
feet.
It wss duly moved, seconded and carried that said permits be
granted.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Heide
that b9ds for painting be opened. Carried

It was duly moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee Beigel,
that said bids be referred to Public Grounds Committee with
power to ac-t.

Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Haas, Seconded by Trustee
Pohlman that we advertise for bids for addition to Village
Hall as per sketch to be furnished by Henry Beigel. Bids to
be delivered to Village Clerk by 8 O'clock Sept 20th. Carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
