The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills, said bills

It was duly moved by T °ustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed and authorized
to issue warrants for same.

It was duly move and seconded that bonds of C. D. 3usse

It was duly moved seconded and carried that bids for fire
truck be opened.
The following bids were received:

It was duly moved, seconded and carried that bids be referred
to fire and water committee.

Thereupon it was moved seconded and carried that resolution
from Mt. Pro Improvement Association be sent to C. &
N. W. Ry Co.
It was moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Beigel that
matter of band stand and arranging for concert be left to
Public Grounds Committee. Motion carried.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee
Mecklenburg that Public Grounds Committee be authorized to
build a sand house also have sand placed around equipment.

It was duly moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee Noll
that delegate from Palyground Committee arrange with the
Chamber of Commerce for dedication of playground equipment.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee
Haas, that Prelident and Clerk be directed to sign plat of
Dedication of Block 10 for widening of Northwest Highway.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee Haas
that Chairman of Street & Sidewalk Committee be authorized to
have apple tree removed from Main St.

Nays, None.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Beigel
that black figures on white back ground be adopted as the
village house numbers. Carried.
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by j q13
Trustee Pohlman that Ordinance for the construction of water
main in George St be aprrt7ved. t

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
The Finance Committee reported that Village Clerk's and Village
Treauser's books were audited and found correct.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Heide that charge of 25ri be installed for copy of building and
zoning ordinance to cover expense of printing.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that meeting be
adjourned.

Minutes of an adjourned meeting held
The President called the meeting to order, the clerk called the
roll all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Heide
that I11. Bell Telephone Co. be granted permit to set poles
in Prospect Manor Subdivision. Motion carried.
Thereupon it was mowed by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Heide
that Public Grounds Committee be authorized to have shingles put
on Band Stand.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
