Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a spect1 meeting
for the purpose of passim; ordinance and to take rite such
other business that may come before said meeting, same to
be held Jan 19th, 1928 at the usual ti.rne and Place.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trusteees resnond ng present
except Trustee Noll.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that Public Service
Permit be referred to the Street Pc Sidewalk Committee in
regard to setting Poles on the E/S Elmhurst Road to the
City Limits.
Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried that
permit be grantdd to repair gas pine at Evergreen and
Mpple to the Public Service Co.
Thereunon the Board took a recess.
The Board again reconveened.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees rennondi.ng present
except Trustee Noll.
It w8s moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel 74=11
that An Ordinance for a connected system of water sewer
pipes in I -Oka snd other streets be approved.

Nays, none
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereunon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by N'
Trustee Haas that An Ordinance providing for the constriction to
of House connections for sewer in I -Oka Ave and other streets
be aooroved.
Roll Call
Ayes, Be_gel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman.
Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was moved and seconded that An Ordinance for water service IVY 140
nines in Kenilworth Ave. and other streets of Centralwood
Subdivision be apvroved.

Nays none.
Motion carried, a yes fire nays none.
Thereunon it was moved and seconded that an Ordinance for /6//
a co Itned curb and gutter to Sha Bonee Trail and Other X
streets be arrnroved.
Roll Call
Ayes, Beip',e1, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman.
Nays, none.
Motion carried ages five nays none.
It was duly : seconded and carried that Street & Sidewtik
Committee be authorized to have Klehm' s trim trees.
