You are hereby directed to call a special
meeting to be held Dec. 16th, 1927 for the purpose of
passing plat and to take up such other business as may
come before said meeting.

The President called the meeting eetin to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present,
except Trustee Noll.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee

Haas that Ernst Gosch be a proved and President anc clerk
Haas
be authorized to sign same.
Roll Call,
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman,
Nays, None.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
