ROLL CALL Ayes, Seigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. July 29, 1927. Village of Mount Prospect, Mount Prospect, I11. Dear Sirs: Application is herby made by the Public Service Co. of Northern Illinois to perform work as specified below: To install gas service pipes at Louis Ave. 1 S. Busse ave. Mount Prospect, Signed D. W. Burtis It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Beigel that said permit be granted. Carried. Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried that letter from Hartnett and Morrison be filed with the Village Clerk. It Was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Heide "I AP that Building Ordinance be passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg Noll and Pohlman. Nay', none. Motion carried, ayes, six, nays none. Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee Heide that matter of sidewalk along north side of Central Road be referred to the Street and Sidewalk Committee. Motion Carried. It was duly moved by Trustee Seigel seconded by. Trustee Heide 9 that AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING AND ASSESSMENT (F /4 TAXES FOR THE CURRENT•HISCAL YEAR OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROS- PECT, ILLINOIS, COMMENCING MAY 1, 1927, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1928, be passed. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
