Dear Sir: -
You are hereby directed to call a special meeting
same to be held Friday, July 22nd, 1927 for the purpose of
approving plat and to take up such other business as may come
before said meeting.

Trustee Haas was elected President pro tem.
Trustee Haas, President pro tem called the meeting to order
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present
except Trustees, Mecklenburg and Noll.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Heide
that resolution be adppted to extend the present 15" culvert
across Prospect Road on the southerly side of the Northwest
Highway a distance of 30 easterly. Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Heide
that bill from W. P. Dunn CO for $7.50 be paid and clerk be
directed to issue warrant for same.
No11 Call.
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide and Pohlman.
Nays, none
Motion carried, ayes four, nays none.
Thereupon the Board took a recess.
The Board of Trustees again reconvened.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present,
except Trustee Mecklenburg and Noll.
It was duly moved seconded and aertied that matter of plat
be left till next meeting to bt held Tuesday,•July 26th.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned
until Tuesday, July 26th, 1927.
